You may send in any project resources. We accept various graphics formats and fully support the native formats of Illustrator, Photohop, and InDesign. We’ll accept eps, pdf, and tiff files for most jobs.
When submitting your own art files, pay attention to the following guidelines.
Paper printing
- Set up each side (Front and Back) for the job as separate files
- Set up the files to the proper size
- Include 1/8″ bleed and 1/8″ safety margin on all sides to prevent important text and images from being cut off
- Outline all fonts
- Embed all images
- Document color mode should be CMYK
- Image quality should be 300 pixels per inch
Large Format and Banners:
- Banners may be set up at full size or at quarter scale
- Image quality should be 100 pixels per inch at full size. If you are setting up file at quarter scale, the image quality should be 400 pixels per inch
- Include 2.5″, at full size, safety margin on all sides to prevent important text and images from being cut off
- Outline all fonts
- Embed all images
- Document color mode should be CMYK
T-Shirts:
- Vector graphics preferred for most designs
- Outline all fonts
- Specify placement and size
- Specify ink colors with Pantone Solid Coated spot colors.
